Launch your bartending career with GBA 2-Week Pro Bartender Course — a 45-hour, MHEC-accredited training program designed to equip beginners with the knowledge, confidence, and professional skills to excel behind any bar.
This hands-on program is ideal for anyone ready to master the art of bartending and gain realworld experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Students will develop skills in free pouring accuracy, speed efficiency, cocktail knowledge, and preparation, while also building the professionalism and confidence required for today’s hospitality industry.
Throughout this hands-on course, students learn:
- Over 200 cocktail recipes and proper mixing methods
- Free pouring accuracy, speed, and efficient techniques
- The history of spirits, bar operations, and responsible service
- Professional customer service, bar etiquette, and presentation
- Glassware and garnish preparation for elevated cocktail experiences
Every GBA graduate receives:
- State-Accredited Bartending Certification
- TIPS Alcohol Safety Certification (included in tuition)
- Job placement assistance and lifetime career services through GBA’s extensive hospitality network

Become a certified professional in responsible alcohol service with our onsite TIPS® training — held exclusively at Gorgitenders Bartending Academy (GBA) and valid for three years. This focused 5-hour class is ideal for individual servers, bartenders, managers or entire staff teams seeking to enhance safety, compliance and service skills behind the bar.
What you’ll learn:
- Legal responsibilities and liability for alcohol service, including laws regarding under-age sales, sales to intoxicated persons, and third-party sales.
- How alcohol affects behavior, blood-alcohol content (BAC), intoxication cues and how to identify and intervene safely.
- Effective ID verification, guest-evaluation techniques, safe-service practices, and
documentation of incidents. - Service-skill integration: delivering excellent guest experiences while protecting your venue from liability and strengthening its professional standard.

This hands-on training introduces you to the art of flair — the performance side of bartending that turns a simple cocktail into a show and helps increase revenue through stronger guest satisfaction and higher sales.
In this 1-day interactive session, you’ll learn:
- Bottle tricks, tosses, and juggling techniques that captivate your audience
- Smoking cocktails and creative drink presentations that enhance visual appeal
- Bar and napkin flair for efficient, high-energy service with style
- Cocktail showmanship and crowd engagement for higher tips and repeat guests
- Safe, controlled methods to integrate flair into high-volume service environments
Led by Instructor Dwayne, a seasoned flair performer and competition coach, this course helps you build confidence, precision, and creativity behind the bar. Each participant receives a starter flair kit to continue practicing at home or on the job.
